The “Memorial of Names” was started in the heart of God. The first place is called Yad Vashem in Israel. A small room at the Holocaust museum which honors the names of the 1.5 million children that were murdered over 56 years ago.
This memorial in the Children’s Museum has one candle in the middle of the room that burns 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As you stand in this small room, you are surrounded by paynes of glass and mirror as this one candle is illuminated in countless reflections all around you from the floor to the ceilings above you. Each child’s name is audibly spoken as each visitor stands in a place of awe that would almost seem like holy ground.
Revelation 3:5 says “… I will not blot out their name from the Book of Life; but I will confess their name before My Father and before His angels.”
